A decade of fitness has taught me a lot of lessons and I have been taking notes.
I learned one of my most valuable lessons in 2020 and when I applied it, it totally transformed my physique.
Over the last four years, into my 40’s I have practiced some key fitness habits consistently and these habits have helped me maintain a fit body.
One thing is sure about fitness, it delivers results once you understand the science behind it and apply the principles.
By applying the science and the principles I look better toned and feel stronger than I did in my 20’s & 30’s and guess what? It’s only the beginning because I know I’ll get better each year as long as I practice the same habits.
