My passion to help women live their best lives originated from two key experiences. As a teenager I discovered a video cassette of Jane Fonda and a group of ladies exercising and dancing excitedly to the beat of music, and from that moment I made a strong connection between  health, fitness and living excitedly.
The second transformational experience was going bankrupt in 2015. I had to start from zero. I spent months reading, exercising and taking several personal development courses. This challenging experience inspired a new dream for me and today I have successfully built a thriving wellness brand that impacts thousands of people around the world! The lessons I learned instilled a mindset of resilience and perseverance; and now I coach my clients to realise their dreams and transform their lives.
Studying Psychology gives me an abundance of tools to help support my clients. Through my life coaching and exercise accountability programs, I have helped over 100 women reclaim their well-being by providing them with a superior diet structure and helping them adopt the right mindset for exercise consistency.
